Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I teach a NO B.S. approach to health and fitness. NO selling shakes or workout videos. NO restrictive diets or supplements. Just real advice and education from a professional who has worked in the industry for over 16 years.

My love affair with weight training started in high school, but 15 year old me would've never imagined that I could make a career of it.


At 22 years old, I completed my degree in Kinesiology & Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky, and moved to Tempe, Arizona to pursue my love of sports and weight training at Arizona State University.


After spending 3 life-changing years working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at ASU, while completing my Master's Degree, I met the love of my life and landed a job at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Fast forward 13 years & I'm still here living the dream!

I was named Director of Strength & Conditioning for Cal Poly in 2018 and added 'Mom' to my resume in 2020. I've even been promoted twice now - boasting the "Mom of Three under Four" Title as of September 2023. This is by far the toughest gig I've had yet and has completely changed my life and how I look at training. 


In addition to coaching high-level, collegiate athletes, I love helping Moms who are looking for ways to balance their health and being the best parent they can be AND former athletes who are shifting their goals after their competitive careers come to an end.

I love what I do and feel thankful to wake up every day excited to help others reach their goals!


Personalized Programing is monthly, online personal training that is designed specifically for you -- your needs, your goals, & your lifestyle.
We will work together to dive deep into  your training background, sleep quality, nutrition, equipment access and more.
If you are local, I also offer a Hybrid Training Program that gives us an opportunity to train in-person 1-2x/month, based on your needs and availability.

Athlete for Life is a monthly subscription for former athletes who want to look good, feel good & train hard.
Your membership includes your own personalized TeamBuildr App to access your daily workouts and track your progress.
This training program is comprised of 4 weight training workouts per week and 2 conditioning workouts per week.


Strong like Mom is a comprehensive, self-paced, 12 Week Program to help busy moms take control of their health. In addition to perfectly programmed workouts that can be completed at home with minimal equipment (Level 1) or at a gym with more advanced exercises (Level 2), you will also dive deep into Nutrition strategies that actually work with our weekly lesson plans that compliment your workouts.
