    Upon completing your purchase, you will recieve an email asking you to confirm your purchase by clikcing the link and subscribing to receive Dumbbell Domination emails. Once you have subscribed you will receive your first email containing a printable PDF file with all 24 workouts, followed by one email per day containing video demonstrations for each exercise.
